CLASSES: The fall and spring terms are held in 4 locations (Miss Vicki's backyard in Newton, Upham Elementary in Wellesley, Rosemary Recreation Complex in Needham, and Weston Community in Weston). The winter and summer sessions run in Miss Vicki's backyard when temperatures are above 30°. Summer classes include a sprinkler break on hot days.

REGISTRATION: Priority is given to currently enrolled families when registration opens for the next session. All efforts will be made to accommodate your first choice. There is a non-refundable registration/administration fee for all families--$50 for new and $20 for returning.

CONFIRMATION: You will receive an email before the first day of class confirming your spot in class and each week (in our outdoor program) letting you know about the items we will be using in class.

CANCELLATION: All classes must have a minimum of four and a maximum of 12 children.    

REFUNDS: Refunds are available a week before the first class unless the class is cancelled. If a class is cancelled, tuition will be fully refunded. Special consideration will be granted under special circumstances. (A $50 cancellation fee will be processed in these situations or a credit can be issued to the customer account for the full amount). 

MAKE-UPS: If you miss a class, you can come to an existing class during any week of the term you are enrolled in. Makeups do not carry over and need to be completed within the same session.

SIBLINGS: We kindly ask for a $35 donation to our scholarship fund for all sibling visits. This can be handled in class with a cash or check or via an alternative online payment service.
